Our two core routes are aluminum foil with bitumen and aluminum foil with butyl. For butyl-based products, selected facing colors, surface patterns and adhesive colors can also be developed by sample.

Start with the adhesive. Then define the finish.
The final construction is confirmed by sample after the substrate, climate, profile and target channel are clear.
Aluminum foil + butyl
A foil-faced option with butyl adhesive, developed around the required width, thickness, handling and substrate.
Colored facing + butyl
Brick red, brown, black, gray or other sampled finishes may use embossed aluminum or a compatible film. Selected butyl colors can also be sampled.
Colour rule: colour customization applies to butyl-based configurations. Bitumen is not presented as a coloured adhesive route.
APPLICATION CHECK
Four details protect the finished repair.
Used for metal laps, flashing, penetrations and maintenance details. Clear installation guidance also helps reduce wrong use and avoidable after-sales questions.
Prepare
Remove dust, oil, moisture, loose coating and failed sealant.
Test
Confirm adhesion on the actual metal, membrane or coated surface.
Shape and press
Avoid wrinkles and apply firm pressure across edges and profiles.
Follow drainage
Place overlaps and exposed edges with the direction of water flow.
