Smooth PVDF facing
A 10 μm white film option for a clean RV-roof appearance and easy cutting. Any weathering claim is tied to the agreed facing and supporting test data.
OEM RV ROOF REPAIR TAPE
Develop a private-label RV repair tape around your market—not a generic roll with a new sticker. We configure the facing, adhesive, dimensions and retail presentation, then follow the details through production and shipment.

MATERIAL ARCHITECTURE
A 10 μm white film option for a clean RV-roof appearance and easy cutting. Any weathering claim is tied to the agreed facing and supporting test data.
Available in grey, pale yellow or white, with thickness adjusted to the substrate, handling and target cost.
Transparent PET or grey-black PE options designed for clean removal during installation.
CONSTRUCTION OPTIONS
Choose the structure that fits your product tier, climate, substrate and sales channel. We can compare samples before the final specification is locked.

A smooth white PVDF film paired with a selected butyl layer for RV roofs, seams, vents and edge details.
PVDF facing option · Clean white finish
A softer, more conformable TPE film option for curves and irregular details. Layer bonding is confirmed on the proposed construction.
Flexible handling · Close detail conformity
A practical reflective construction for metal details, flashing and buyers who prefer a familiar metallic surface finish.
Reflective barrier · Familiar metal finishPVDF is the clean white facing route, TPE favors flexibility, and aluminum foil offers a familiar reflective surface. Weathering, layer integrity and substrate compatibility are confirmed against the agreed sample and test plan.
WHAT BUYERS ACTUALLY NOTICE
A roll can look fine in the carton and still fail in summer. We focus on the issues that create returns, poor reviews and damaged brand trust.

Adhesive formulation and roll construction are checked for bleeding, residue and hot-weather softening.

Facing-to-adhesive lamination is treated as a critical process, especially for the firmer PVDF film route.

The proposed butyl layer is evaluated for placement stability under the agreed temperature and application conditions.

Clean liner release, controlled tack and easy cutting make installation more predictable for retail users.
CONFIGURABLE SPECIFICATION
Standard combinations speed up sampling. Width, length, thickness, color and packaging can be adjusted around your existing listing or new product concept.
Performance limits, shelf life and substrate claims are added to the approved specification only after the product construction and supporting test method are agreed.
SURFACE COMPATIBILITY
The list is a test brief, not a universal-compatibility claim. Evaluate adhesion on the actual substrate, coating, aged surface and cleaning system before production approval.
EVIDENCE BEFORE CLAIMS
Temperature resistance, peel strength, roof compatibility and service-life claims depend on the exact construction and test method. We turn the buyer’s market requirement into an agreed evidence plan before a claim reaches the box or listing.
Project-specific inspection records or external testing can be arranged after the specification, method and cost responsibility are agreed.
INSTALLATION
Good tape cannot compensate for contamination, loose sealant or silicone. Clear packaging instructions reduce avoidable customer complaints.

Remove dirt, oil, moisture, loose coating and failed sealant. Do not apply over silicone.

Allow enough overlap around seams, vents, penetrations and damaged roof areas.

Hold the tape in position, then pull the liner back from underneath in stages as the adhesive settles onto the roof.

Use a roller or firm hand pressure across the full width, paying particular attention to edges.

OEM & PRIVATE LABEL
Packaging is developed around your route to market. Carton quantity is calculated after the final width, length and roll diameter are confirmed.
FROM SAMPLE TO SHIPMENT
The approved sample and written specification remain the reference from raw-material confirmation through loading.
01 / MATERIALFacing, adhesive color, thickness, liner and dimensions are aligned before volume production.
02 / PRODUCTIONPre-production samples and in-process checks help identify deviations before the full order is completed.
03 / SHIPMENTFinished rolls, packing and shipping marks are sampled again, with photos shared before and during loading.
