Pre-production check
The factory checks relevant raw materials and a pre-production sample before volume production.
In-process sampling
Key dimensions, construction and appearance are sampled while production is running.
Finished-product inspection
Completed goods are checked again for agreed product and packing details.
Pre-shipment visit
We visit the manufacturing partner to conduct spot checks and share photo records with the buyer.
Loading record
Cartons, shipping marks, pallets and container loading are photographed for shipment visibility.

WHEN SOMETHING IS WRONG
A complaint should become a controlled correction.
We record the buyer’s observation, coordinate with the manufacturing partner, identify likely causes and agree the next test or corrective action.
Small issues are not dismissed. Edge ooze, layer separation, inconsistent color, difficult liner release or poor packing can all affect repeat orders.
